The AudioExcelDSP16-2.1.13 was sent to Hannu Savolainen, the mantainer of ossfree, for inclusion into the main linux kernel source tree. The 2.2.x kernel and newer include this driver. For the 2.0.x kernel you may find useful the patches published here.
